Description

Used in so many saltwater patterns as a more durable, water-repelling alternative to natural materials. Streamer Hair doesn't absorb water and so it makes casting larger profile flies a lot easier which is why you see it used in large flashy profile flies and the likes. Also makes a great alternative to bucktail for closer minnows and is essential for the overwing on popular bream and estuary perch flies. The surf candy is perhaps the fly it is most well recognised from.
